The room was clean and relaxing with a magical view. The location in the hills outside Jerusalem was wonderful. The customer service was excellent, including lovely and vegan breakfasts with the amazing chef, and special meals.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely accommodating and welcoming. We were impressed with the complementary water bottle and fruit bowl in our room upon arrival. The location was perfect for our city trip, as it was in a peaceful and quiet area but still close to the action. We loved the outdoor pool and the gym facilities. The breakfast buffet was amazing with a great selection of delicious food.

The indoor pool and sauna facilities were a bit underwhelming and lacked character. The design of the bathrooms could be improved for better functionality.
